I thought it was a symptom of getting older that my lower back was sore and causing discomfort when sleeping.  As this went on for months and seemed to be causing more discomfort, I swallowed my pride and decided to meet with Dr. Cain.

On my first visit, my discomfort was assessed and x-rays were completed (something that wouldn't have happened had I gone the regular medical route!).  The tests revealed that not only did I have some lower back issues, but I was suffering from neck issues.  On that first visit, I received adjustments that provided some immediate pain relief to both areas.

For the next month, I have returned for treatments.  I am pleased with the improvements that I am experiencing.  Heck....I can bend over and pick up my dirty laundry without wincing in pain!  In addition, to the pain reduction, I have become more active, lost weight and have seen my blood pressure reduce.

Dr. Cain has been very personable, knowledgeable and professional through this process.  His front office staff (Jenn and Brenda), are so welcoming that this alone is almost a fix for the pain!  I highly recommend Fish Creek Chiropractic..

I suffered from chronic back pain and decided I needed to try something different.  I met with Dr. Cain and within two session the pain was gone and I was able to stand up straight.  Dr. Cain is very professional and I appreciated he made it clear that this was not a cure.  I still need to work on strengthening my back but now I can do it pain-free. Dr. Cain and his team are great!  I have some back issues and feel much better after some adjustments.  He is great to deal with and has a nice approach to improving your issues.  I've noticed improvements relating to pain and posture.  I am also pleased with the front desk staff.  Peter gives great massages; I still can't believe I still fall asleep every time, given how strong he is!

Dr Cain has been excellent in communicating and building a plan of action for my back issues, he has been very thorough with the X-rays and scans and has explained to me in terms that I can understand, treatments have been great so far! I’ve been attending Fish Creek Chiropractic for just over 6 years.  I have back issues stemming from a work fall over a decade ago and have had incidents over the years because of it.  I decided to try chiropractic care and so glad I did!  Dr Cain is a caring and empathetic person and I would recommend him to anyone considering this path. After a lifetime of low back pain and exploring every other solution I decided to try the chiropractic option. Dr Cain’s explanation and treatment path post initial exam made sense to me . Any questions I had were answered, along with reference  to how treatments involve the whole body experience and path forward.
