Due to the COVID-19 situation, the Alberta government has ordered a suspension of Chiropractic services until further notice. We are open for EMERGENT CARE only. We are checking email and voice messages daily so please leave us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Emergent care is defined as follows:
The patient is in an acute condition where they would be severely physically limited from basic daily activities without chiropractic care.
The patient is in a sub-acute condition that if left untreated would be vulnerable to an acute flare-up that could leave them severely physically limited from basic daily activities.
Patients who are not experiencing an acute or sub-acute condition as described above, such as someone who has had a slight twinge after their run, are not considered emergent care.
The health and safety of our patients and staff is our utmost priority. Amidst the growing concerns around COVID-19 (coronavirus), we are taking additional steps in our office to provide a safe, comfortable, and welcoming space to everyone. We will continue to refer to the Governing authorities of Chiropractic in Alberta to determine the safest course of action for the protection of everyone who enters our office. We take pride in our facility and operations and will do everything in our power to remain open and available to meet your EMERGENT chiropractic needs.
For the safety of everyone we would advise you not to come to the clinic if:
You have traveled outside Canada in the last 2 weeks (effective February 27, 2020)
You have a fever, cough and/or nausea.
You have had close contact with a person with a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19
You have had close contact with a person with acute respiratory illness who was in mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Iran, South Korea, Japan or Italy in the last two weeks (effective February 27, 2020)
You have traveled outside Canada or have any of the above listed symptoms to self-isolate and call Health Link 811.
When coming into the clinic we advise you to wash your hands before and after your appointment.
At one time or another we have all seen athletes stretching, whether it is our children preparing for a race in track and field, or a running group warming up or cooling down from that jog around the reservoir.

About Chiropractic Services
Let us be absolutely clear, chiropractic is NOT a cure or treatment for any disease, condition or symptom; however when your spine and nerve system is working optimally, your ability to heal, to recover and to be healthy drastically improves!
The symptoms and conditions listed above (+ many more) are most often what we call secondary conditions, caused by a handful of primary conditions one of which is structural distortions in your spine that effect how your brain and body function and communicate.
Our job is to figure out if the secondary conditions that you’re currently suffering from are caused by primary problems located in your spine and nervous system.
If they are, we can help; if they’re not we’ll let you know and refer you to the appropriate health care professional.
