One of the pillars of being healthy is our health from a mental state of being, and one of the ways that we can increase our health is to be happier more often. Being happy is not just all about having a smile on your face and a bunch of nice things, it appears to be more about how our brain is processing the world around us. It is an interesting concept that when we place happiness on the other side of success it makes long term happiness something that we can never really hold on to for any extended period of time. Just like our health, we are either moving towards health and wellness or sickness and disease, we are never stagnant. We have to live in the moment and realize that the choices that we are making now are dictating our happiness and/or health at this moment and the more of these positive choices we make the more happiness and good health we will have in the long term.
