All you have to do is google a question like “are humans designed to eat meat” and the search results can be quite confusing. Everyone can voice their opinion about eating meat and I definitely do not want to judge anyone who bases their opinion on animal rights issues, but you cannot overlook the overwhelming amount of research that shows that our bodies are healthier and our brains evolved due to eating animal products.
